UPDATE: President signs Special Needs Trust Fairness Act

Today President Obama signed into law the Special Needs Trust Fairness Act. The Act merely inserts the term "individual" into 42 U.S.C §1396p (d)(4)(A). But the implication is quite significant as it now allows disabled individuals to establish their own special needs trust.
